What to write about
A case that doesn’t hold up. The most useful mail we get. Name the case number and the step where the reasoning broke — a contradiction, a lead that dead-ends, an answer the evidence doesn’t reach. We correct files.
Account trouble. Verification mail that never arrived, a sign-in that won’t take, progress that looks wrong. Write from the address on the account if you can.
Writing, press, partnerships. If you want to write for the archive, send something you’ve written rather than a pitch.
